Tennis is a very dynamic sport, and requires a fair amount of cardio endurance regardless of your pace, in order to be able to enjoy the game. Also, because of the nature of the game which requires a lot of shoulder rotation, and lateral movement, players are sometimes plagued with shoulder, knees, hip, back, ankle, and other injuries. Needless to say, the game of tennis can take a toll on the body, especially if you are not in very good shape. Our tennis sports specific program, is designed solely for our tennis players, in order to help you take your game to the next level, and enhance your athletic abilities. Our track record shows that more often than not, players that are well conditioned with the proper fitness training, do better on the tennis court than those who don’t, and have much less injuries.
